Yoga & Meditation

Practicing Yoga is beneficial not only to physical health but also for helping manage anxiety disorders. Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness with a physical activity that’s noncompetitive.It helps the children to enhance their concentration, flexibility and coordination. It also helps them relax and relieve stress. Knowing the importance and the benefits yoga comes with, children at our school attend two hours of yoga classes everyday.

Physical Activity

There is no better place than the playground to release the high energy levels that are prominent in children with ADHD. Regular workouts in the ground improve attention span, memory and learning. It also reduces stress and the effects of ADHD. We make it a point to let the students to play as long as needed and whenever possible.
